• Africa Data Centres’ Graduate programme aims to provide on-the-job experience for youth in South Africa. We have a great leadership team to mentor and guide the young professionals to grow their careers. We invite applicants to apply for the 12-month Graduate Programme.

  Our Graduate Programme covers the following disciplines:

  • Finance / Accounting
  • Information Technology
  • Environmental / SHE / Risk Management
  • Marketing / Public Relations
  • Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
  • Computer Science
  • Energy

  Selection Criteria:

  • Must have NQF 5 or higher qualification from a recognised institution.
  • Must Be a South African Citizen.
  • Should have less than 12 months’ work experience,
  • All appointments are subject to the verification of educational and criminal checks.
  • Must be committed to completing the 12-month programme.
  • Be ready to come on board on 2 June 2025
  • Excellent verbal, written and electronic communications skills.
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
