Job Descriptions

Minimum Skills and Knowledge Required: • Standards 10 / Grade12 or equivalent. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position. • Proficient English, both verbal and written. • Good understanding of BCEA and other payroll/HR related legislation. • Above average computer skills (MS Office) with proficiency in Excel. • Figure / statistics orientated • Prepared to work overtime / weekends in accordance with operational requirements. • Experience with MIE-Kroll systems advantageous. • Experience on Payspace advantageous

Brief Description of Key Performance Areas: • Register all new employees on clock watch, check information, clarify any queries and upload as per procedure. • Collect all input documentation such as leave; overtime, check accuracy and clarify queries. • Liaise with supervisors on all time and attendance submissions and ensure documentation is received timeously. • Print various reports • Assist HR with all capturing of training • File all input documentation. • Assist HR team with duties, as required. • Always adhere to health and safety requirements and ensure compliance . • Assist in other positions and departments in accordance with operational requirements. • Maintain and improve housekeeping and hygiene standards within department.
