Minimum Skills and Knowledge Required: • Standard 10 / Grade 12 or equivalent • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar environment • Above Average English communications skills, both written and verbal. • Above average computer literacy – Proficient in MS Office and outlook and Excel • Flexible in terms of working hours (overtime and weekend work when required)

Brief Description of Key Performance Areas: Capture productivity numbers. Report to managers on any anomalies in productivity stats. Submit the productivity stats daily to Production Managers. Allocate CRM cases to the correct department and owner. Assist each Manager with completing of CRM task per department with a full investigation process being done. Assist with Screening of staff in the beginning of each shift and then during the shift, also capture the information on the COVID app. Update SOP’s and submit for approval Prepare new SOP’s and submit for approval Log E-work tickets for all maintenance queries. Issue PPE to staff as and when required. Coordinate movement and issuing of consumables for production. Check and submit overtime once it has been authorised by Managers. Monitor absenteeism and submit Absenteeism report to HR daily. Follow up on staff which need to submit their leave/sick leave on Payspace. Arrange and schedule meetings for the nightshift managers. Coordinate and submit all training documents to HR. Liaise with HR department/Payroll on all related employee queries. Provide feedback on tasks completed. Assist in other positions and/or departments as and when operationally required. Report unsafe act and/or working conditions and/or injury on duty to supervisor immediately or as soon as reasonably possible. Assist with staff related queries and issues and refer /report to Management. Maintain good housekeeping standards. Complete and carry out administrative tasks effective and timeously. Ensure that all tasks are executed in a safe manner with due regard for the Company policies and procedures.
