You will take on a range of responsibilities which will include the following:

• Delivery of the learning and performance services to different Anglo-American business units in line with the agreed Service Level Agreement
• Capturing attendance registers
• Creating assignment profiles
• Creating cost codes
• Scheduling courses to allocated learners
• Stakeholder engagement
• Provide accurate information in resolving any incidents, as well as reporting new incidents to the Learning Supervisor.

This role is in the Global Shared Services Human Resources department at a Band 8 level reporting to the Global Learning Support Supervisor.

• A relevant HR Bachelor’s/ Industrial Psychology Degree

• 2-3 years SuccessFactors LMS admin experience
• Knowledge of SAP is advantageous
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office required
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent interpersonal skills
