  1. My name is Annie Justina Sampa. I need to urgently get in touch with the airline Manager. I was sold a ticket I did not need in Luanda on the 24th of August. I already had a return ticket from Lusaka. I had gone for a meeting. I was told at the airport that there was a mistake on the return ticket. However when I asked the lady to print my ticket the date 24th came out and she quickly asked for the ticket she had handed to me. When I did she tore it and gabe me another print out from Luanda that indicated the 24th. Then she told me that I had to pay 200 dollars if I wanted to leave. And by this time she had started shouting saying I should be quick otherwise I would miss the flight. So I got my card and handed it over to her. When I requested for a written receipt she again shouted saying I should address my challenge when I arrived in South Africa. Surprisingly after checking in I again noticed that she had printed a return ticket for me to travel back to Luanda on the 8th of September which I clearly did not ask for.

When i got to Johannesburg, I went to the TAAG desk where I spoke to Loretto who promised to send a complaint and copy me. I asked for the complaint number which was not given to me. Loretto insisted that she would copy me into the email instead which up to today I have not received.

My observation is that there is a curtail from the point where we check in luggage because this is where I was turned back to the desk that checks for tickets including in Johannesburg. My account was charged and I need my refund from TAAG. The anomaly needs to be addressed.

    Sincerely,

    Annie Justina Sampa
