AVBOB invites unemployed South African graduates between the ages of 18-35 to apply for the 2025/26 Member Value Internship Programme.

Responsibilities:

The areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

• Delivering a positive and professional client service experience to branch customers.
• Managing client inquiries at branches and documenting activities and outcomes.
• Escalating customer complaints or complex queries to supervisors and the Member Value Manager promptly.
• Providing clients with onboarding assistance for the AVBOB Member Rewards Programme.
• Building positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes.
• Maintaining client records and documenting processes.
• Through post-service surveys, identify potential client service concerns and facilitate proactive intervention steps.
• Keep an eye on emerging trends in client services and assist the team in leveraging these trends.
• Recommending product improvements based on client service feedback.

Requirements:
