Key Outputs

• General clerical duties in the safety and environment office.
• Book induction training for all employees on site.
• Ensure all Barloworld Equipment employees in your area of responsibility fully understand the requirements of existing health and safety legislation.
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment that complies with health and safety legislation.
• Assist SHEQ officers to investigate and report on all work-related injuries and vehicle road accidents.
• Assist SHEQ officers with audit relevant to B Sites and prepare the MARSH stars reports.
• Assist in maintaining Venetia site communication (notice boards and information circulation)

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Grade 12. Driver’s licence – Code B
• Good Microsoft office, Excel and word skills.
• Basic numeracy and Good analytical skills.
• Attention to detail. Accuracy and Time management.
• Sound communication skills.
