Finance Graduate
Purpose of this role:Â The purpose of this role will be to perform a variety of operational and analytical tasks within the Finance Department.
Duties: Assisting debtors’/creditors’ clerks with unresolved claims. Carry out follow-ups regarding invoices. Customer liaison on problem accounts. Accurately load price lists. Reconcile internal accounts. Perform all admin and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the designated supervisor
Requirements: Bachelor of Commerce Degree / Diploma in Accounting or a relevant equivalent qualification
Marketing Graduate
Purpose of this role:Â The purpose of this role is to complete all admin-related tasks within the Marketing team.
Duties:Â Receiving all marketing briefs, reviewing them for completeness, assigning them to the appropriate marketing team members, and managing the workflow to ensure timely attention to each brief. Attend to new user requests, upload new imagery onto the Media Library, and ensure all imagery is correctly labelled and tagged. Manage and coordinate photography requests, including scheduling photographers, tracking retainer days, distributing received images, and uploading them to the Media Library. Manage and maintain promotional items for each branch, Export team, and Marketing, including annual stock updates, quality reviews, pricing, and quantity assessments. Handle general website updates, including managing customer information, updating contact details, and uploading new documents like brochures, certificates, and spec sheets.
Requirements:Â A completed Marketing or Public Relations Degree
Mechanical Engineering Graduate
Purpose of this role: To assist the mechanical department in carrying out mechanical engineering work that meets all requirements, where mentorship will be provided to ensure safe work practices.
Duties:Â Measure the performance of mechanical components, devices & engines. Assist in maintaining & modifying equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable & efficient. Use computer-aided design/ modelling software. Assist the seniors in product designing & product testing. Work on any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager
Requirements: A degree/diploma / Btech in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant qualification
Electrical Engineering Graduate
Purpose of this role: To assist the electrical department in carrying out electrical engineering work that meets all requirements, where mentorship will be provided to ensure safe work practices.
Duties: Fill in a logbook. Identify, label and understand the use of various electrical components. This includes understanding the mechanics behind the component, knowing what it does, and how it is used for the different applications. Perform testing and troubleshooting on various electrical components. Medium voltage switchgear in the substation – how the mechanics work, transformers, tripping and safety relays. Working with Artisans to understand the components of the Electrical department
Requirements: A degree/ diploma / Btech in Electrical Engineering or a relevant qualification
Procurement Graduate
Purpose of this role: The Purpose of this role is to offer an opportunity to utilise and expand your academic background in the Procurement department, assisting the Buyers when procuring goods and services that are essential to the business’s operations.
Duties: Data capturing on the ERP system. Follow the procedure for the procurement of goods and services. Assist in communicating the company’s expectations to the suppliers. Work with the Planners and Buyers to track, control and ensure timeous delivery of goods and services. Assist the Buyers with requesting samples from suppliers to ensure that the product that is delivered meets the product requirements/specifications.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or similar
IT Graduate
Purpose of this role: The main purpose of this role is to provide IT support through the department’s Helpdesk to ensure that employees in the business have efficient and effective IT support services available. This role will be responsible for assisting the Networking and Development team within the department.
Duties: Responsible for operating the IT Helpdesk and responding to IT queries. Assist the IT team in providing Windows, desktop and infrastructure support. To assist in facilitating asset management as well as audit requirement preparations. Troubleshoot and solve common computer problems. Inbound Logistics Graduate
Purpose of this role:Â The purpose of a Logistics graduate is to provide administrative and coordinative support across the department. The Graduate will be responsible for assisting the warehouse team in ensuring that products are registered and packed correctly for transportation or storage.
Duties: Responsible for supporting and measuring logistics, planning, warehouse, stock control and risk performance. Extract and analyse information from key systems, offering valuable insights and presenting recommendations and enhancements. Provide administrative support to the Warehouse team whilst shadowing and learning from them. Assist with the processing of orders on CAMS. Provide friendly and empathetic communication, primarily through email, to customers on the status of orders and assist in problem-solving to satisfy their order requirements. Communicate with internal and external sources to ensure effective order fulfilment
