Buffalo City TVET College Admission Entry Requirements 2025
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR NC(V) STUDENTS
For entry into any National Certificate program at NQF Level 2, you are required have:
- A year-end school report for Grade 9, 10, 11 or 12, or
- An NQF Level 1 qualification, or
- An approved bridging program designed for the specific purpose to access NQF Level 2, or
- A Recognition of Prior Learning (RLP) assessment to meet the basic requirements for access to NQF Level 2.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR REPORT 191 STUDENTS
- Minimum entrance requirements as aligned by the NATED Policy. Students who have passed to Grade 12/NC (V) Level 4 will be admitted to N4.
- Students who have passed grades 9, 10, 11 or 12 who want to pursue an artisan career will be admitted to N1 based on a point system
ADDITIONAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- The College Council has determined additional entry requirements by means of a point system for NC(V) level 2, Report 191 N1 and Report 191 N4 in an effort to improve the quality and performance of specialized program

The Buffalo City TVET College 2025 applications is open for NCV, NATED, Diploma, Certificate and other program offered at the college.
- You can apply online by visiting Buffalo City TVET College Online Application Portal. Applicants can also visit the school to book an online application session (if any).
- You can use either your smartphone, tablet or computer to apply online via the student i-Enabler, using your PIN and student number to log on.
