Location: Pretoria, Gauteng

Scope & General Purpose of the Job
Minimum Education / Qualification:
Matric
Minimum level / years of Experience:
2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Key Performance Areas:
- Creditors Reconciliations
- Handling and Resolving queries
- Monthly Reporting
- Payment Allocations
- Filing
- Self-Management
Competencies and Skills Requirements:
- Clerical Skills, able to organise and sort information or documents in a logical manner
- Analytical Skills, able to interpret, compare and analyse data to identify errors and inonsistencies
- Planning & Organising Skills, able to plan, prioritise, schedule and organise activities and resources to meet deliverables or deadlines
- Communication Skills, able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing
- Interpersonal Skills, able to develop effective interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Self-Motivation, able to complete tasks without supervision or encouragement
Additional Skills Requirements:

Be able to work on Pastel evolution.
Disqualifiers:
- No sufficient experience in Creditors Reconciliations and no experience or skills In Excel
- No matric
