Purpose of the Job:
The Learner Support Coach will be responsible for identifying areas where learners need to make improvements and develop in their learnership to improve their chances of employment after they have completed. The candidate will be tasked with overseeing the progress of every learners POE work and ensure that overall quality of the work being conducted is up to standards. The Learner Support Coach is also responsible for identifying gaps and opportunity for improvement in training so that learners are able to cope with the absorption of work easier.
The Learner Support Coach is responsible for reviewing and auditing learners work quality before it is submitted to the facilitators. The candidate will need to provide daily and weekly feedback on learners so that this feedback can be sent to their respective sponsors. The successful candidate will be required to train and upskill learners to perform on the dialler
