Discovery Limited is offering a Servicing Administrator Internship within its Discovery Invest business unit, giving graduates the chance to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced financial services environment. In this role, interns will focus on delivering exceptional customer service during the onboarding of applications, making sure processes are handled accurately, efficiently, and within SLA timeframes while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• To check that all relevant required documents are received, e.g., the correct application
• forms, a valid bank statement, and a signed quote
• Ability to ensure compliance check is completed
• To capture NB applications
• To capture in Quality Centre any possible fixes or system issues, such as matching the
• rates to NB quote
• Request outstanding information either telephonically or by email
• To issues NB quotes
• Follow up on outstanding requirements
• Maintain SLA within processing pools
• Make recommendations for improvements to the system used in the department
• and testing system functionality after enhancements are made to the system
• Required to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to switch roles and perform multiple tasks within the team
• Amend and update the QA errors report when necessary
• To capture, quality assure, and activate new investments, issue the relevant
• policy schedules, and assist with queries relating to the process
• Strong product knowledge
• The monthly assessment needs to meet a minimum target of 90%
