We currently have a vacancy for a: Customer Service Representative based in Ballito, Kwazulu Natal
Starting Salary: Market related
Type of Employment: Contract
Minimum Requirements
o Matric
o 1 year experience as a Receptionist
o Computer Literacy
o Proficient in English
o Excellent telephone skills and verbal communication

Key Performance Areas
Receptionist duties
o Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
o Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
o Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook.
o Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
o Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
o Alerts the cleaner of visitor arrival to offer refreshments ;in absence of cleaner to offer refreshments to visitors
Funeral Administration
o First Call Assistance
o Funeral Venue Booking
o Minister Booking
o Coffin, Casket, Urn Booking
o Gravesite /
o Crematorium Booking
Policy Administration
o Policy administration – Reconciliations of premiums and petty cash
Job Type: Permanent
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- High School (matric) (Required)
