This page will guide you on how to log in, sign in/up, retrieve, change, or reset e-Service profile/account password online.
e-Service portal is opened to all irrespective of color, race, ethnic identity, religion, gender, or national origin provided he/she has the portal login details.
You can access the e-Service Portal 24 hours a day from any location with an internet connection using a desktop computer, laptop, notebook, tablet, and even smartphone.
What is the purpose of the Portal?
The purpose of the e-Service Portal is to enable government services online, reduce the cost of accessing those services, streamline administrative processes, improve turnaround times, and strengthen accountability and responsiveness.
How to Login to the e-Service Portal
You will need a Username and Password to use the Portal. So, if you have not registered before please click on the link: “Sign Up/Register”. You will need your ID number or Passport number (if you are a foreigner), your mobile number and email address to register.
Once you have registered you can use the e-mail address and password you provided to Login and access the e-Services on the Portal.
- Go to https://www.eservices.gov.za/tonkana/home.jsf
- Enter your “Username and Password” in the blank space
- Then, click on Login Button
How to Change/Reset e-Service Portal Login Password.
Have you forgotten your password to log in to the e-Service profile and/or portal? Don’t worry, kindly follow these steps to retrieve or change your password:
- To start, go to the Portal Login screen
- Next, click on the Forgot/Change Password link, fill and enter the required details
- Click on the submit button
