First-time login using the eZaga App
Step 1: Enter your account number OR cell number with the temporary password “12345” then tap on “Login”
Step 2: An OTP will be sent to your cell number
Step 3: Enter the OTP received
Step 4: Set your new username and password of your choice

How to create bank beneficiaries and make an EFT on the eZaga App:
Step 1: Login to the eZaga App
Step 2: On the home screen tap on “Pay Recipient”
Step 3: Under “Select beneficiary” tap on the magnifying icon
Step 4: Tap on “Send to New Beneficiary” icon on the right
Step 5: Add the beneficiary details and tap on “Add” to save
Step 6: Under “Select beneficiary” tap on the magnifying icon choose your beneficiary and amount

How to deposit using the eZaga App
Step 1: Login to the eZaga App
Step 2: On the home screen tap on “Top Up Zaga”
Step 3: Tap on ”Zaga Bank Details” icon to view the bank account details.
Step 4: Deposit at any FNB, ABSA or NEDBANK ATM. Use your *bank account number* as a reference to deposit into your account.
Use any of the following banking details for a direct payment into your eZaga account.
