Well established national company has a vacancy for an office administrator for their Centurion branch.
The main duties of the position include but are not limited to:
- Assist management with all administrative functions
- Provide an efficient and effective service to customers
- Administer and monitor the petty cash system
- Weekly stock take and reconciliation of stock
- Organizing stock in the warehouse and storeroom
- Receiving deliveries and dispatching goods
- Obtaining quotes from courier companies
- Answering of phones
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience with stock and general office administration. It is essential that the candidate is very well organized, excellent organizational skills, figure orientated and can think on their feet.
