Programme Overview
The Hesto Harnesses Graduate Programme runs for 24 months. It helps new graduates build practical skills through rotations in different departments. Available Programmes
Hesto offers two main programs to match different qualifications.
Graduate in Training: Organisational Design & Development
This program targets human resources and organizational growth. You will handle HR tasks, join performance reviews, and help with administrative improvements. It suits those with a BCom in Human Resources Management or a Bachelor of Human Resources Management. A Bachelor of Human Resources Development is a plus. You need at least a 60% average and a completed degree.
Engineer in Training
This option focuses on engineering in the automotive sector. Tasks include engineering duties, performance assessments, and technical projects for process improvements. It requires a BEng or BSc in Industrial Engineering with at least a 60% average. Your qualification must be complete.
General Requirements
Both programs share key entry rules. You must be a South African citizen aged 18 or older. Hold a relevant qualification with a minimum 60% average and no outstanding tuition fees. Submit academic transcripts or results. Speak and write English fluently. Have no prior internship or graduate program experience and a clean criminal record.
Programme Details
Each program lasts 24 months on a fixed-term contract. Pay is market-related. Hesto looks for strong communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, attention to detail, and a drive to learn.
