In this role, you will handle customer questions by phone, email, or in person. You will log complaints, update CRM records, and prepare reports on interactions. You will also support daily service tasks, attend training, and write monthly internship reports.
Fields of study: Public Administration, Office Administration, or Business Administration.
Information Technology Intern (Two Spots)
Reference number: IT/JT/04/2026.
Location: Joburg Theatre (Braamfontein).
Stipend: R6,094 per month.
You will fix computer problems, install software updates, and help with account setups or password resets. Tasks include checking network connections, tracking IT equipment, and giving basic tech help to staff.
Fields of study: Information Technology, Computer Science, or Systems Support.
Minimum Requirements
All applicants need to be South African citizens aged 18 to 35, living in Johannesburg, and new to internships. Submit full certified documents.
For Customer Services: Grade 12, a diploma in Public Administration or similar, and basic computer skills like MS Office and email.
For IT: Grade 12, a diploma in Information Technology or similar, and basic computer skills.
