The Head of Delivery Experience will lead the strategy, project management and execution of all initiatives related to Delivery Experience(DEX), Delivery Associate(DA) experience across Door Delivery (DD) and Pickup Station(PUS) services.
You will have a deep understanding of Delivery Associate behavior across both domains- ODS and PG. You will grow our Delivery Associate base to meet business needs and build robust, scalable tools for 10x growth.

Leading the scale-up of our DA fleet capacity across countries as per business requirements. • Manage and improve fleet management practices, team and cost of operations Create a culture of best-in-class material delivery with improved Delivery Associate performance • Own and improve performance KPIs like Customer Delivery Satisfaction, DA- Happiness, DApp Usage, and compliance, etc.
