Job Descriptions

Currently, we are looking a self-motivated Office Administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Track stock of office supplies and merchandise and place orders when necessary
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
  • Submit timely weekly/event reports and prepare presentations as assigned
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments, travel expenses, etc. for the MD
  • Create and update records and databases with office and events data (SharePoint)
  • Assists in planning and arranging events, including organising catering
  • Performing other relevant duties and assisting other colleagues when needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • +3 or more years’ office administration experience.
  • Must speak Spanish & English, French would be an advantage
  • Current residence in Johannesburg
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • IMPRESCINDIBLE Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
