ExecuJet is currently seeking a suitably qualified person to fill a vacancy within the Operations Division, based at Lanseria International Airport.
Purpose of the Job
The main objective of the position is to assist the Sales Manager – Aircraft Management with the existing ACM fleet and growing the ACM business, to act as administrative support to the ACM department aiding with ACM proposals, presenting insurance quotes and capturing new proposals and leads on the ExecuJet web based dynamics 365 platform.
- Ensure that ACM proposals are professionally prepared, presented and electronically capturing all new proposals on the relevant platforms
- Assisting with client queries and special requirements
- Assist with structuring ACM proposals and aircraft insurance quotes in conjunction with the Sales Manager – Aircraft Management
- Assist with following up on all open presented proposals and ACM lead not yet confirmed
- Engage ExecuJet/Luxaviation insurers during the annual insurance cycle renewal in conjunction with the Sales Manager – Aircraft
- Management and present clients with new cos estimates
- Assisting with all ad hoc duties as assigned by the relevant manager
Experience
- 3 – 5 Years general aviation administration experience
- Matric/Grade 12
- Certificate in Office Administration (added advantage)
- Marketing/Public Relations qualification (added advantage)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High levels of responsibility and client focused
- Professional approach to allocated duties
- Self-disciplined, with good planning and organising abilities
- Ability to work in a highly pressurised environment (Stress tolerant)
