    • MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
    • The main purpose is to manage the Lyceum reception area and provide administrative support to the brand.
    • Manage switchboard
    • Welcome and direct visitors
    • Assisting during registrations / course starts
    • Maintaining a neat and professional reception
    • Greet and liaise with clients and visitors to the office.
    • Monitor visitor and client access and maintain security awareness
    • To undertake any other duties delegated by Senior Management.
    • Campus/Branches

    • Assist walk-in students and prospective students by ascertaining reason for visit and direct them to the relevant department/SC/Manager timeously
    • Maintains a professionally looking brochure display at Campus level.
    • May relay supervisor of maintenance requests that has been brought to his / her attention.
    • To Manage Video Conferencing rooms
    • Record keeping
    • Minute taking / following up on actions agreed
    • Assisting and correlation of claims process for month end
    • Procurement for Lyceum
    • Travel Arrangements of Lyceum staff
    • Assisting and correlation of claims process for month end
    • Providing administrative and secretarial support to the management team, as directed by the manager
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

1.Matric Essential
2.Excellent telephone etiquette
3.Min 1-3 years’ experience or in a similar role is required
4.Excellent telephone etiquette.
5.Computer literacy is essential especially in MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.
