Job Descriptions
Mascor is currently looking to appoint a Parts Administrative Assistant for Kokstad.
- Process all inter branch transfers.
- Receive all parts delivered
- Send invoices for capturing
- Ensure that there are no blank bins
- Control parts stock
- Sort parts for jobcards when the parts arrive
- Relieve front counter sales people on occassion
- Monitor fast moving parts and stock orders
- Deliver parts on occasion
- Attention to detail.
- Work independently with high sense of responsibility.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organized and reliable
- Efficient time management skills
- Good computer knowledge
- Honesty and integrity
- Minimum Grade 12
- Flexible in assignments, working hours and tasks.
