Massmart Internship Programme 2025 Application Details
We are determined to build talent pipelines for our Stores, and therefore, we invite all suitably qualified and unemployed South Africans to apply for the 2025 Graduate Internship Opportunity.
We offer a 12 – 18-month programme that provides work experience in specific areas with critical skills within the organisation. You will gain valuable work experience, explore career paths and be able to network with professionals in the field of study. During this time, you will be based in one of our Massmart Retail Stores (Nationally) (Gauteng, Limpopo, Free State, Mpumalanga, Eastern Cape, Western Cape or KwaZulu-Natal) and be exposed to the world of retail.

Internship Programme (Degree)
Degree in:
- BCom Retail Management,
- BCom General,
- BCom HR,
- BCom Accounting
- BCom Business Management
Graduate Internship (Diploma)
Diploma in:
- Business Management,
- Retail Business Management
- Management
Massmart Learnership
- South African Citizen
- Completed Matric / Grade 12
- Should not have been employed permanently with a single employer continuously for more than 1 year
- Should not be studying full-time in the year of employment (August ‘2025 – July 2026)
- Should not currently be on or registered on a SETA-funded Program
Internship Programme – TVET (N6)
Completed a minimum of a N6 qualification:
- N6 Business Management,
- N6 Financial Management,
- N6 Human Resources
