Miway Talent Acquisition Internship Programme 2025 Application Details
The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team by assisting with all talent and recruitment administration related to the recruitment process in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities:
- Administration activities associated with end-to-end recruitment – publishing job adverts, scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating site visits and initiating pre-employment checks
- Making ‘the candidate experience’ your top priority
- Providing timely advice and support to the Talent Acquisition Team
- Providing regular updates to our stakeholders, the TA and HR teams, on recruitment administration activity
- Managing Talent Acquisition Data Management and ensuring information and systems are captured in a timely and accurate manner at all times
- Other administrative duties when required and as requested by the Talent Acquisition leadership team
Requirements:
- HR related Degree or Diploma
- or related qualification
