• Position Title: Professional Retail Programme (PRP)

  Duration: 8-month contract

  Designed by retailers, the Professional Retail Programme (PRP) builds merchants of the future. An eight-month Graduate Internship, it equips graduates for specialised entry-level roles in the retail world.

  Graduates learn the key roles and responsibilities of the retail value chain, and how these add value to business and consumers. The Internship is delivered through a cloud-based learning platform and a combination of classroom, self-study and group project work, along with four months of hands-on work experience in selected retail environments.

  Requirements:

  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Aged 18-33 years
  • Unemployed
  • No criminal record
  • Diploma or Degree, or a final year student, in any of the following:
  1. B.Com,
  2. Operations Management,
  3. Management
  4. Business Management,
  5. Business Science,
  6. Retail Management,
  7. Graphic Design,
  8. Fashion Design,
