About the Internship Programme

Key Responsibilities
Events and Engagement Support

Donor Support and Communication
Answer donor questions by email or phone. Update their profiles and keep records current. Log every interaction in the CRM system. Send thanks and updates to donors on time.

Keep fundraising records in digital and paper form. Help write standard procedures and check quality. Update the CRM database. Work to meet goals for keeping donors active.
Minimum Requirements
Education
You need a National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or Communications.
Skills and Competencies
Show strong written and verbal communication. Know how to use MS Word and Excel. Manage your time, organize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines. Pay close attention to details.
