Programme Overview

The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) works with the Mpumalanga Department of Public Works, Roads and Transport, and Services SETA. They invite South African unemployed youth to join the One Learner, One Property Practitioner Programme 2026. It targets Previously Disadvantaged Individuals (PDIs), especially youth and women. A total of 200 participants will join this 12-month learnership. The goal is to create a clear path into real estate.

Qualification and Certification

Participants will earn a Further Education and Training Certificate in Real Estate at NQF Level 4. They also prepare for the PPRA Professional Designation Examination (PDE 4). At the end, learners qualify as Non-Principal Property Practitioners (NPPPs). This gives them official skills for the job market.

Learnership Details

The program lasts 12 months. Learners receive a monthly stipend of R5 500. It takes place in Mpumalanga, South Africa. The application closes on 14 April 2026.

Minimum Requirements

To apply, you need a Matric certificate or equivalent. You must be a Previously Disadvantaged Individual (PDI). Youth and women get strong encouragement to apply. You also need to live in Mpumalanga. The team will check your address.
