Job Descriptions
The main purpose of the job is to ensure accuracy when releasing orders to customers
Outputs and Responsibilities
Ensure all contents of the order are checked thoroughly with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure that full payment has been received/confirmed when releasing any orders
Ensure that all orders over a specific communicated amount are confirmed and signed off by your manager
Assisting customers with queries
Ensure that customers are attended to in a professional and timeously manner
Follow Health, Safety and Environment rules and regulations in your department to ensure a safe working environment
Other duties as required by your line manager
