My Client, a dessert and coffee shop located in Umhlanga is currently looking for Counter Sales assistants who will serve Guests with a warm and friendly smile and add a sweet experience to their day!

Qualifications

National Senior Certificate Formal training: Customer service and Barista (required) NQF Level 2 food safety and hygiene (preferred)

Experience

At least two year’s experience in a similar position at a Dessert Shop/Coffee shop/Deli/Bakery

GAAP POS (required)

Personality

You enjoy communicating with Customers – frequently and clearly You have a can-do attitude and approach work enthusiastically You take pride in your appearance and you have a broad smile!

The position requires you to be flexible – occasional overtime will be required for seasonal events and popup functions outside of standard opening times. The shifts require both day and night shifts, with six days on and one day off during the week, with a working week of 45 normal hours. You will be required to stand for prolonged periods of time, carry and move stock and carry out cleaning duties.

The position holds an immediate start and is open to South African citizens who meet the necessary requirements. Kindly note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
