Full Job Description
A coffee shop in Gateway Theatre of shopping, Umhlanga, is currently recruiting Waitrons (full time and part time)
Qualifications Matric
Experience At least one year’s experience as a waitron in a Coffee shop/Bakery (FULL table service) Familiar with Table touch points, hygiene practices and food safety Familiar with MICROS POS (preferred) Able to stand for long periods of time Able to carry and pack stock and complete cleaning duties
Personality Friendly, attentive and energetic with a welcoming smile! Great communicator, able to comfortably communicate with Customers from all walks of life Takes pride in personal appearance and hygiene standards Able to work in a small team where we help each other to create great Customer experiences Able to manage stock at the Waitron station Familiar with management of a cash service float
This position includes shift work until 20h00 in the evening – reliable transport is important
Waitrons are paid a set rate per shift and tips are not pooled.
