Job Descriptions
Safair Operations, trading as FlySafair requires the services of an IT Support Assistant that will report to the Manager: IT and will be based at our Head Office at Bonaero Park.
- Managing IT Support Helpdesk;
- Assign and resolve IT support queries within SLA, this will include remote telephone and email support;
- Reporting faulty printers to the service providers;
- Requesting toners from the service providers;
- Distribution of IT Equipment to all stations;
- User profile maintenance across multiple systems;
- Regular stock control on IT assets / equipment;
- Communicate & follow up with users regarding the support request;
- Professional both in behaviour & conduct;
- Continually promote a high level of integrity.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12;
- A+ and/or N+;
- English language proficiency.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
- Attentive and compassionate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Customer-service orientated with exceptional diplomacy and unquestionable integrity;
- High commitment to safety and able to operate under stressful conditions;
- Professional both in behaviour and conduct;
- Team Player and unsupervised;
- Effective time management and planning.
