Job Description
Finance, Gauteng Kempton Park
Market Related – Market Related
FlySafair requires the services of a Creditors Clerk that will be reporting to the Accountant and be based at the Head Office in Bonaero Park.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full function of a creditors clerk;
- Process invoices, orders, and credit notes;
- Do monthly creditors reconciliations;
- Prepare payments;
- Attend supplier queries;
- Ask for invoices and statements from the suppliers;
- Receiving, sorting, distributing and filing of invoices;
- Capturing of invoices (Local & foreign);
- Local & Foreign Supplier recons;
- Working closely with the Logistics department and suppliers;
- Keeping of cash flow;
- Paying of suppliers as per agreement terms;
- Any other functions that you’ll be required to do from time to time e.g. Cash office.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12;
- Own reliable transport & valid SA license;
- Must have working knowledge of Sage Line 500 or similar system;
- Must have Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook experience.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment, deadline and target driven;
- Excellent attention to detail skills;
- Ability to work independently;
- Strict confidentiality;
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
