Ballito. Opportunity exists for meticulous, experienced Creditors Clerk / Admin Assistant to join trendy, up-market specialists within Interior Design.
Will suit strong admin driven candidate with good knowledge of spreadsheets, formulas, and adept at working with figures. Ability to work under pressure and manage quick turnaround times are also required.
Responsibilities:
Full Creditors control function (capturing, balancing and monthly reconciliation of all creditors) in Pastel and Excel
Preparation, maintaining and updating of weekly payment schedules for client projects in Excel
Assisting with Project Administration when required including processing of Pastel invoicing and statements for clients, typing client quotes in Word, and obtaining quotes from suppliers for costing purposes
Petty cash
Ordering and maintaining office stationery requirements
