Keep in mind there is a workback obligation. This means you agree to work for Sasol for a set time once you finish your degree.

Undergraduate Degrees (BEng or BSc)
These options are open:
- Chemical Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronic Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Mining Engineering
- Metallurgical Engineering
- Chemistry (up to Honours level)
- Geology (up to Honours level)
- Data Science (includes Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research)
Undergraduate BEng Tech
- Mine Surveying (only at universities of technology)
Postgraduate Degrees (MSc, MEng, or PhD)
Advanced studies in these areas:

Minimum Requirements
You must meet these basics to apply:
- South African citizen
- Under 30 years old
- Strong academic record
- Plan full-time study at a recognised university
Maths is required, but not Maths Literacy. Only degree programmes count, no diplomas. Distance learning like UNISA does not qualify.

- Certified copy of your ID document
