What is Seriti?
Seriti is a South African mining business that is 91% black owned and managed. It is co-owned by four black anchor shareholders: Masimong Group, Thebe Investments, Zungu Investments (Zico), and Community Investment Holdings (CIH).
The firm is led by a board and management team with considerable and relevant expertise in the purchase, operation, and growth of large-scale coal operations in the nation, led by Dr. Anna Mokgokong and Mike Teke, respectively.

- Trade theory was employed in the relevant trade for:

- Symbol E (40%) is the bare minimum. (F-symbol subjects will not be allowed)
- Candidates must be able and willing to take a psychometric test.
- Must be available and willing to work shifts, standby, and call-outs as needed.
- A valid provincial K53 driver’s license
- Must have or be able to receive a certificate of fitness

What is a Learnership
A Learnership is a work-based learning programme. This means that classroom studies at a college or training center are combined with practical on-the-job experience. We learn much better when we can practice what we have been taught in the classroom in a workplace environment.
