- service delivery and information sharing regarding event resolution at a regional level;
- Provides specialist technical support in response to issues about software development, SRS, documentation, software installations and upgrades.
Requirements:
- Requires a Grade 12 / Senior Certificate or NQF 4 equivalent; With Mathematics of about 60% or Maths Lit above 80%
- Relevant Support Certifications would be advantageous.
