Company based in Bloemfontein is looking for an Administrative Clerk working in the HR department
Duties
- Sending out contracts and follow-up
- Sending out performance evaluations and follow-up
- Dispatch of Duty Statement, claim forms, ui19
- Completion of contract termination documentation
- Contact payroll department to make the sure employee is loaded or removed from the payroll
- Make sure employees are paid correctly according to minimum wage
- Drawing up supply forms
- Organization of interviews
- Transfer of duty statement to recruitment agencies
- Feedback to Recruitment agencies
- Organization of accommodation for HR Manager & other Managers (Travelling)
- Maintain organogram
- Arrange and coordinate administrative tasks
- Keep a diary of all activities for the HR department
- Work confirmation
- Obtaining referrals
- Passing on employee numbers
- Post title edits
R 7 000 – R 9 000 per month (Medical aid and Retirement fund included)
