Become an outbound Collections Agent
Based in Randburg, Gauteng
Earn a salary of R5,000 per month + uncapped commission
Start date: ASAP
We are looking for outbound collections agents to contact debtors and negotiate payments on delinquent accounts while creating a sense of urgency on the payment thereof. We will need you to ensure high-level collections at all times within the set parameters of the Debt Collections Act, National Credit Act, as well as company policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Matric or equivalent qualification required (with atleast Maths Literacy)
Minimum six months experience as a debt collections agent in an outbound call centre
Computer Literacy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Good typing and accuracy skills
Team player, target driven and self-motivated
Strong negotiation skills
