Job Description
Introduction
TRACKER requires the services of an Administrator: Project and Change to oversee and perform administrative functions concerning projects and change requests to the Company’s IT Systems.
Job description
- Measure adherence to SLA for internal/external customers
- Report to management on adherence to SLA for internal/external customers
- Ensure compliance of changes submitted and all registered projects
- Consistent feedback and follow-ups on outstanding changes logged on SharePoint
- Communicate changes to affected staff as necessary
- Management of Network Operator incident resolution and feedback to system and business owners
- Ability to assess faults, prioritize, respond and escalate accordingly.
- Follow-up on all service issues through to resolution.
- Analyzing of incidents trends in comparison to implemented changes and providing graphical data.
- Clear communicator (both written and verbal).
- Be flexible and adaptable in approach to problem solving.
- Actively encourage strong working relationships with other teams.
- Actively seeks ways of improving incident management processes.
- Good self-awareness. Actively seeks out tasks that help develop skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with change management standards
- Ensure compliance with project management standards
- Investigate new processes and procedures to improve the Change and Project Management process
Minimum requirement
- 2 Years’ Experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation and schedules
- Knowledge of project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project)
- Willing to work extended hours
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field,
- ITIL Foundation Certificate
