Tracker South Africa Vacancy Application Details

TRACKER requires the services of a Fleet Administrator in the Fleet Department at our Johannesburg Head Office. Tracker requires a self-starter who can work under pressure. We require a diligent and hard-working individual, who can be a part of a highly motivated team.

Job description

Ensure all new claims are tracked and registered in time.
Responsible for the physical claim forms to be signed off and filed for record purposes.
Ensure that all repairs are completed timeously and to track progress on a monthly report.
Ensure that all suppliers are paid timeously, and all expenditures are tracked and reported.
Ensure written-off vehicles are disposed of in line with the vehicle disposal procedure.
Responsible to track all salvage money due to Tracker and that monies are paid to Tracker timeously and recorded in the Agg.

Responsible to track all 3rd party recoveries and that the money of successful recoveries is paid to Tracker timeously and recorded in the Agg.

Assist in the rental of vehicles as and when required for a vehicle in for accident repairs.
Assist in the rental of vehicles for mechanical repairs.
Responsible to keep records of all vehicles rented and ensuring the timeous return of such rentals.
Responsible for managing invoices and that payment is processed in time.
Responsible to manage the department petty cash in line with the finance standard operating procedure.

Minimum requirements

Grade 12
Admin experience within a fleet environment – 1 to 3 years
Fleet Management qualification (advantage)
Strong admin skills
Strong communications skills (verbal & written)
Be proficient in Outlook & Excel
Attention to detail / Analytical
Take initiative to work smarter (not harder)
Result / deadline-driven
Doing things right the first time
Strong Customer focus (People Skills / Conflict Management)
Strong administrative skills
Excel skills – advanced
