- Minimum APS of 31 with Mathematics OR 32 with Mathematical Literacy
- English: Code 5 (60%)
- Additional Language: Code 4 (50%)
- Mathematics: Code 3 (40%)
- Mathematical Literacy: Code 4 (50%)
BCom Law
- Minimum APS of 31 with Mathematics ONLY
- English: Code 5 (60%)
- Additional Language: Code 4 (50%)
- Mathematics: Code 4 (50%)
- Mathematical Literacy: Not accepted
LLB
- Minimum APS of 31 with Mathematics OR 32 with Mathematical Literacy
- English: Code 5 (60%)
- Additional Language: Code 4 (50%)
- Mathematics: Code 3 (40%)
- Mathematical Literacy: 4 (50%)
LLM
- LLB degree (or equivalent qualification) at NQF level 7 or 8 and a minimum number of credits of 624
- Obtained previous degree with an average mark of at least 65%
Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law
- Senior Certificate
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
Postgraduate Diploma in Tax Law
- LLB, BProc, BCom or CA degree
Postgraduate Diploma in International Tax Law
- MCom (Taxation), LLB and LLM (Tax Law), HDip Tax Law, PGDip in Tax Law, or any bachelor’s degree coupled with extensive corporate experience in tax administration
Postgraduate Diploma in Drafting and Interpretation of Contracts
- LLB or bachelor’s degree which requires the successful completion of a Module in the Law of Contract, Commercial or Business Law
Postgraduate Diploma in Compliance – Basic Interpretation Theory (B.I.T)
- A bachelor’s degree in Law or Commerce pitched at an NQF Level 7
Money Laundering Control
- A bachelor’s degree in Law or Commerce pitched at an NQF Level 7
Compliance Management
- A bachelor’s degree in Law or Commerce pitched at an NQF Level 7
Board Governance
- A bachelor’s degree in Law or Commerce pitched at an NQF Level 7
Higher Certificate in Criminal Justice and Forensic Investigations
- Senior Certificate
- Three years relevant work experience in this field
Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Law
- A bachelor’s degree in Law or Commerce pitched at an NQF Level 7
Business Rescue
- NQF level 5 qualification
- Any relevant practical experience
Company Law: Fundamental Principles
- A bachelor’s degree in Law or Commerce pitched at an NQF Level 7
Corporate Finance and Securities Law
- A bachelor’s degree in Law or Commerce pitched at an NQF Level 7
Corporate Insolvency Law
- NQF level 5 qualification
- Any relevant practical experience
Paralegal Bridging
- National Senior Certificate endorsed for Certificate or Higher Certificate Studies
