Job Description
You are eager to increase your skill set of coordination and administration in becoming our Site Administrator at Oyster Bay Wind Farm? Then take a look at Vestas!
Sales>Construction>Project Management Region East&South Africa
South African construction department is responsible for the delivery of all signed projects within the region. The project teams are committed to world class project execution with a focus on HSE, Quality, and the needs of our clients.
The role of the Site Administrator on Wesley Wind Farm is to support the wind farm construction site in documentation and other administrative topics. This role is limited until approx. end of 2020.
Responsibilities
-
- Administering of all office work and supplies on site including filing of paperwork and compiling reports
- Coordinate Site documentation
- coordination of meetings, taking minutes, following up on actions
- Collaborating with Vestas team, employer, and contractors to run projects smoothly
- Ensuring that workspace, boardrooms etc. are kept in a tidy and professional manner
- Support Vestas team and visitors to get settled on site
Qualifications
-
- Matric
- Diploma or NQF level Built environment
- Experience as administrator (or similar position), ideally on construction projects
- Good Knowledge in Windows Microsoft
- Fluent English skills, written and oral
- Valid driving license and own mobility needs to be provided
Competencies

- Good Knowledge of Document Control
- Professional communication and social skills
- Flexibility/Adaptability (each project phase will bring new challenges )
