Requirements to be eligible:
Contact Centre and BPO Outsourcing NQF 3
- Communication at NQF Level 2 (Grade 10).
- Mathematical Literacy at NQF Level 2 (Grade 10).
- Computer Literacy at NQF Level 3 (Grade 11).
- Tenure 6 months
- Clear disciplinary record
- No absence phasing
Generic Management NQF 4
