BA (Law)<\/h3>\n

• Minimum APS of\u00a031 with Mathematics OR 32 with Mathematical Literacy<\/li>\n
• English: Code 5 (60%)<\/li>\n
• Additional Language: Code 4 (50%)<\/li>\n
• Mathematics: Code 3 (40%)<\/li>\n
• Mathematical Literacy: Code 4 (50%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  BCom Law<\/h3>\n

  • Minimum APS of\u00a031 with Mathematics ONLY<\/li>\n
  • English: Code 5 (60%)<\/li>\n
  • Additional Language: Code 4 (50%)<\/li>\n
  • Mathematics: Code 4 (50%)<\/li>\n
  • Mathematical Literacy: Not accepted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    LLB<\/h3>\n

          Postgraduate Diploma in Tax Law<\/h3>\n

          • LLB, BProc, BCom or CA degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Postgraduate Diploma in International Tax Law<\/h3>\n

            • MCom (Taxation), LLB and LLM (Tax Law), HDip Tax Law, PGDip in Tax Law, or any bachelor\u2019s degree coupled with extensive corporate experience in tax administration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Postgraduate Diploma in Drafting and Interpretation of Contracts<\/h3>\n

              • LLB or bachelor\u2019s degree which requires the successful completion of a Module in the Law of Contract, Commercial or Business Law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Postgraduate Diploma in Compliance – Basic Interpretation Theory (B.I.T)<\/h3>\n
