The Stock Controller is responsible for executing inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes stock holding and increases paperwork accuracy. The role carries responsibility for working with purchasing, receiving and the Operations Manager to ensure necessary functions are carried out correctly<\/p>\n<p>Stock Controller responsibilities are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure optimal stock levels and availability<\/li>\n<li>Take charge of internal stock transfers, moving products to other warehouses.<\/li>\n<li>Organise storage or stock in required format<\/li>\n<li>Manage RMA stock<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an accurate inventory of both stock items and transactions<\/li>\n<li>Undertake Audits to eliminate discrepancies<\/li>\n<li>Includes any other reasonable requests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i>Normal Working hours<\/i>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mon to Thu 08h00 to 17h00 &#8211; Fri 08h00 to 16h00<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Required:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Matric or NQF4 equivalent<\/li>\n<li>+3yrs previous experience in similar role<\/li>\n<li>Be able to cope under high level of pressure &amp; fast-moving environment<\/li>\n<li>Must have strong level of computer literacy<\/li>\n<li>Attention to details and problem solving<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>About the Rubicon Group:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Rubicon Group is a young, dynamic, and high-growth company operating in exciting markets.
