All learnership contracts must be registered with the Sector Education Training Authority (SETA) for that specific industry, which guarantees that the learnership programme is of a high standard.<\/p>\n<p>If accepted into a learnership you will have to sign two legal contracts; a Learnership Agreement and an Employment Contract.
