\nThe successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
\nDuties
\nManage office supplies stock and place orders
\nMaintain and update company databases
\nPrepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
\nAnswer queries by employees and clients
\nOrganize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
\nUpdate office policies as needed
\nBook meeting rooms as required
\nMaintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
\nDistribute and store correspondence
\nArrange travel and accommodations
\nPrepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
\nSchedule external and in-house events
\nRequirements
\nProven work experience as an Administrative Officer or related role
\nSolid knowledge of office procedures
\nExperience with office management software like MS Office package MS Excel and MS Word
\nStrong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills
\nAttention to detail
\nExcellent Grade 11-12, diploma, degree in Office Administration is a added advantage<\/p>\n
