Support the Branch by assisting to achieve the company\u2019s business objectives in customer satisfaction, profitability and employee morale.To perform in this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment and need excellent people skills.<\/p>\n<p><b><i>Key Responsibilities Include:<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>LOADING OF PURCHASE ORDERS FOR CONTRACTS<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Obtaining and evaluating quotations from suppliers, subcontractors etc.<\/li>\n<li>Loading Purchase orders on SAP<\/li>\n<li>Ensure approval of supplier and subcontractors purchase orders<\/li>\n<li>Expediting and follow up on outstanding Purchase Orders<\/li>\n<li>Processing Goods Received Notes on SAP<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and clean up outstanding Purchase Order report on SAP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>SALES &amp; REPAIRS ADMINISTRATION<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Load jobs on SAP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Compile and submit of tenders<\/li>\n<li>Compiling of sales pack for loading the Contract Sales<\/li>\n<li>Obtain all the client details e.g. addresses, contact person and present HO for loading Contract Sales on SAP<\/li>\n<li>Assist with preparation of contracts site files<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the preparation of contracts sales variation orders<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for all Repairs and Inspections Sales Process on SAP<\/li>\n<li>Create Reservations<\/li>\n<li>Create Repair quotations and submit to client<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the conversion of Repair quotations into Sales Orders<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all signed off documents are in place for the repair process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>FINANCE<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Billing of chargeable call-backs<\/li>\n<li>Administer the contract pricing process, including sending of price change letters to the customers and follow up on queries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>OPERATIONS<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Processing of supplier invoices for payment<\/li>\n<li>Admin support on customer complaints<\/li>\n<li>Support tenders for gains and regains<\/li>\n<li>Loading and Cancelling of Service Contracts to be sent to Head office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>GENERAL ADMINISTRATION<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administer Annex B Process, Admin of inspections, including maintaining a database and follow up as to not miss 60-day item completion.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain stationary and office supply<\/li>\n<li>Provide the Branch Manager with timely follow-up reports for contract renewals, outstanding offers and past due receivables<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>HUMAN RESOURCES<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administering time sheets and complete weekly reports.<\/li>\n<li>All IOD queries as well as admin are done on a day-to-day basis.<\/li>\n<li>Register leave forms and send to H\/O as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 years\u2019 experience required<\/li>\n<li>SAP<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritise and manage workload.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Strong networking skills.<\/li>\n<li>Energetic and highly organised.<\/li>\n<li>Willing to travel.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.<\/li>\n<li>Degree \/ Diploma in Business, Sales, or related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent<\/p>\n<p><strong>BE SOCIAL BY SHARING THIS POST WITH OTHERS!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div><div class=\"aa-end\"><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Schindler Lifts Vacancy Application Details.
