At Pangea, we are currently recruiting individuals who would like to gain experience in ESL teaching. Please note that this is a work-from-home position.<\/b><\/p>\n

Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Completed Bachelor\u2019s degree (Compulsory)<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    • Required to work from home with the below equipment;<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n
      • – stable internet connection<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n
        • – background noise cancelling headphones<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            \n
          • – laptop\/ desktop with functioning webcam<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
              \n
            • TEFL teaching qualifications (Preferred)<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                \n
              • A clear and neutral accent<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                  \n
                • Highly computer literate<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                    \n
                  • Be a South African citizen or have a study permit\/work permit that is valid for at least 12 months<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                      \n
                    • Reliability and good communication skills.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      Duties and Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n

                        \n
                      • You will conduct both private (one-on-one) as well as group (up to 8 students) lessons<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                          \n
                        • You will also be expected to provide each student with an after-class report<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                            \n
                          • We have an incentivized pay structure based on the grade you receive as a teacher from your students<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                            We provide the following shifts; Only *limited shifts are currently available*:<\/b><\/p>\n

                              \n
                            • Morning shift – 06:00am-12:30pm<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                                \n
                              • Afternoon shift – 12:00pm-18:30pm<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                                  \n
                                • Evening shift – 18:30-00:30am<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                                    \n
                                  • Graveyard shift – 00:00am-6:30am<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                    Job Types: Part-time, Temporary<\/p>\n

                                    Salary: R25.00 – R55.00 per hour<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
